You heard somebody, saw someone do something so monumental that you wanted to do it yourself. This is motivation. You are motivated but this feeling will not last the next morning. You want to change something, show up & do it. Do it repeatedly until you get it, else you never wanted it bad enough. You are more likely to feel motivated if you have taken action on it already. Temporary motivation comes & goes, habits stay."

Staying fit doesn't take much effort as many say so, however, the only way to see results is if you stay consistent. A lot of times people look at the negative side of what they feel they can't do. I always look on the positive side of what I can do. Always start with the easiest thing which you feel you can do, for me, a 10 -15 min daily run starts the day off right. It helps me to elevate my mood, burn stress, makes me more productive, keeps me energetic, level up my spirit, and at the end of the day, have sound sleep.
